My favorite chocolate

By far my favorite melting wafers to use for all chocolate needs! Easily melted to use in molds, ganache, frosting, dipped pretzel rods, if you can think of it, these Merckens wafers are the way to go.

Excellent Product

This past Christmas, and again for Valentine's Day, I purchased Wilton's melting discs, as I have for many years. They were HORRIBLE!! I was originally blaming the store where I purchased them for possibly not storing them properly. I refused to buy them again. I found these online and am so pleased with their performance that I re-ordered a day after I received and used my first order. No more Wilton's.
