Great deals!! Best on-line! Shipping was great, no melted candy!!! It's best to order when the weather is a bit cooler, can't expect cold candy when it's 96 degrees outside even with the ice packs.
I've been buying from "Bulk Candy Store" for years, love these guys!!!!

I purchased a box bulk of Big Hunk candy. I eat them all the time. This candy had an unusual taste and texture. I called the Bulk Candy Store and was told by the Customer Service Representative that I should contact the makers of Big Hulk with my complaint. In my opinion, this is not good customer service. Needless to say I will never buy from them again.

Lilly was a great tour guide. We came with 8 people and everyone enjoyed the information, from teen to adult, as well as the candy samples. She was especially helpful with our kosher needs. Excellent experience 👍👍

All the popcorn is fantastic. The only reason I’m giving it a 4 is because shipping costs are so high.

We totally enjoyed the tour with Lilly 7/12/26. She was well informed and made it interesting and funny. They have so much candy OMG. We also got the make your own Peanut Butter Cup

Never ever order a chocolate product any time from about end of Feb to end of Oct if you live in the southwest. My mini dark chocolate peanut butter cups did not arrive as cups. My order arrived as a bag of liquified chocoate. There was a little sack inside the packaging that was supposed to keep it at least cool but even that was actually warm inside the box. I've tried to save some of the liquid chocolate by pouring it into a candy mold, but set up even in a cool house.

The Grove Isle Fun Committee had a tour on Tuesday, June 2nd. We timed it right! We beat the rain! It rained while we were on our tour. Ahneca was a great tour leader, and answered our many questions. It was fun learning about the history of candy making, and how different countries call the same products by different names such as the Kit Kat Bar. Here in the states, we have but one flavor, while in Japan, they have at least six. We had little samples through out the tour, and then had some more at the end, then we were let loose into the candy store to shop and reminisce about all our old favorite candy. And, yes, they even had candy cigarettes! You can make your own Peanut Butter cups, and try over 50 different flavors of popcorn! All in all, it was a great day! We highly recommend taking the tour!

Everything was delivered on time and in good shape, except the freeze dried taffy. Most of the pieces had crumbled into little bits. It was still delicious but hard to eat.

Love the product! Great quality and taste! The packaging is super enticing but it’s nothing to shake a stick at! Thank you!

Having been extremely dissatisfied with the product we called customer service who showed no interest in working to solve the displeasure. I returned the product regardless.

I NEVER GIVE 5 STAR REVIEWS! But, I'll have you know that I have tried many types of candies in the past. MANY TYPES. And the cherry sour balls are my fav. while not being so sour, they contain multiple layers of texture and flavor, formulating the perfect bite. Also, customer service was on point. I have had my fair share of bad customer service, but when I forgot to apply my coupon code, they kindly refunded the coupon for me. Other companies don't do that! I buy a LOT of candy and your great customer service goes a longer way than you think. WILL DEFINITELY BUY AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!

We have been on 4 tours. Three of them with Ahnaca. Personality plus informative and fun. Our grand children were mesmerized. All the other employees were helpful and smiling and made the experience throughly delightful. 5 stars for the tour experience the staff the popcorn and the candy.. Also the popcorn samples were delicious and appreciated.

This popcorn is perfect for gathering my friends and family loves it. I love the soft yet crisp feeling it has. The taste is so yummy.

Ordered and received your Cheddamel Popcorn. I have not had that type popcorn in over thirty years. Only one or two places in my area ever made it and they have been out of business. Although I am in the Chicago land area, the cheddar caramel mix seems to be king and considered chicago lands invention here but no one ever would make it this way. I can't tell you how many times i've suggested it because whenever I bought it people when nuts over it. Now I find this and unfortunately i'm diabetic so it Would be a rare little treat periodically. Absolutely delicious and exactly the taste i remember

Ahnaka did a fabulous job leading our tired tour group. She was so energetic, knowledgeable, and engaging…and most importantly, patient with us each trying to select our perfect popcorn combo or favorite flavor. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. After spending the day prior in the hot sun all day, this was the perfect fun and cute break from the heat!

3 of my grandchildren were visiting and it was a rainy day so we called the day before and reserved spots on the tour. Anika(spelling) did our tour. She was great. So patient, just enough interesting history and funny. The kids are 8 & 6 and they just loved it. They give them treats during and she really got them involved. I have lived here for since 2009 and who know this great place existed!

We went here on our family vacation. Our tour guide was Ahnaca (hope we spelled that right). She was great, funny, and knew her candy history. We had a tween and teen and they both loved it too! If we vacation in West Palm again we will definitely be visiting again. Of course the candy options in the store are endless and some great candies I haven’t seen since I was a kid. If you are in the area I recommend checking it out!

I never received my order after no email or confirmation. I emailed the store and they called me a couple days later. They said they called the shipper and that the label got damaged and they could not find my package. Bulk candy store sold me that if they didn't get any info on the where abouts of my Order that they would send a new one. 2 days later they called and left me a message that a new order is on the way. I received my order eventually, and they stood behind taking care of the customer. I highly recommend them just off of there customer service! And yes, the chocolates and candies i got for my wife for valentines are delicious!! Thank you Bulk candy store!

We spent $172 on 900 Linder truffle balls. We have consumed nearly 200 of them. Everyone thus far was 1/2 hollow in the center leaving us to believe that these were factory seconds. Not at all like we buy at the store.

The tour was great! We had a blast. The tour guides were so much fun!

On Christmas Eve we took my nephews to the Bulk Candy Store tour. We had such. Great time. Our host Anahka was informative and the artwork and displays were incredible! We got samples along the way and we couldn’t help but smile the whole time. We all learned a lot! I highly recommend this tour for anyone of all ages. There is something for eveyone on this tour! And if you like taking pictures, it’s a selfie’s dream come true! To top it off, after the tour, you get to shop in the amazing store and get a discount! Don’t forget to sample some of the 70 popcorn flavors! They are incredible!
