Shipping🚚
Our shipping department packs each order with great care, but occasionally there are problems in transport. The Ship Protect service is available at checkout and offers insurance against damaged, lost or stolen packages. If you choose to use this insurance we can reship or refund your order. For damaged items, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt. In case of damaged product, please be sure to take pictures you can send to us to t save the box in case the carrier requests to pick it up. If you choose not to accept the insurance, we cannot be responsible for shipping carrier issues.
Most orders ship within 48 hours of us receiving them if the order is received by 12:30 EST. Orders after that time are considered the next day. If the order will take much longer than that, we will contact you. During the winter months, we ship Monday-Friday. During the summer months, we tend to not ship orders on Thursdays and Fridays if they contain products that may melt.
When your order arrives depends on how you choose to have it shipped:
- USPS Priority Mail - 2-3 Days, most places in the U.S.
- FedEx Home Delivery - 1-7 days (excluding weekends). The further West, the longer the delivery time.
Please note:
- These travel days do not include our processing time (24-48 hours).
- The number of days listed is Business Days (not including Nights/Weekends).
If you need your product to arrive by a certain date, please let us know so we can help you find the best shipping.
Shipping costs vary depending on your location, the shipping service you choose (FedEx, USPS, etc.), and the weight of your product. Our shopping cart will give you all of your shipping options as part of the checkout process before you input your payment information.
We know that shipping costs are expensive and are working with our shipping partners to get breaks for you wherever we can.
We usually do not offer free shipping because we would rather charge you a fair price for your candy and shipping than mark up candy so high that it covers the cost of shipping. We do occasionally offer shipping specials, free shipping on specific items, or free shipping with minimum purchase. Free shipping is only offered for orders in the 48 contiguous states in the United States. Shipping times and carrier will be at our discretion for free shipping products/orders.
We do ship outside of the United States, however please note the following conditions:
- Our quoted shipping costs are for the carrier rates alone and do not include customs or additional in-country taxes. We cannot be held responsible for those fees.
- For orders outside of the U.S. or Canada, we only accept wire transfer payments.
We pack our orders very carefully, but there are some items that may experience breakage along the way. However, you should only expect a small amount of breakage. If a significant portion of your order arrives broken, please contact us immediately.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email that contains the shipping information/ tracking.
Ordering🛒
We recommend that you order as early as possible to avoid any out of stock or shipping issues. Most items that we carry have a shelf life of at least six months and will do fine if left in a controlled (air conditioned) environment. Just keep them away from your candy loving friends!
Yes! All of the personal information that you send is processed through our secure server. We utilize the latest technology to ensure that all of your data is protected.
We accept most Visa, Mastercard and Discover, as well as PayPal. For orders outside the U.S. and Canada, we only accept wire transfers.
Discount codes are sent out via our newsletter. You can sign up for our newsletter on our newsletter signup page.
Sure! If you're local and want to come visit, we'd love to see you! You can order in advance and we'll get it ready for your arrival, or you can come in to the store and shop around.

Yes you can. However, for any orders over $100 that have separate billing and shipping and are paid with a credit card, we will ask for proof that you are the cardholder. We require this to protect both you and us from credit card fraud. If paid with PayPal, the shipping address will have to be verified by PayPal.
Privacy/Safety🔐
Your credit card is safe when you shop with us. When you place an order, your credit card information is securely sent directly to our credit card gateway. We never store or even see your information.
We ask for your phone number so we can contact you about any issues with your order. That is the only reason we will call you. We will never give your information out to anyone else. Please feel free to check our Privacy Policy for more information.

We won't even send you our newsletter unless you tell us you want it! Again, we never rent/sell your information to anyone. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.

Dietary Restrictions🍬
Please note the following about our Kosher listings:
We carry and sell both Kosher and Non-Kosher items. Our facility is certified to repack kosher candy under the strict standards of OK Kosher. Any items that we repack and are accepted by the OK will bear an OK symbol. The only exceptions may be full cases, which may bear the symbol of the certifying agency for the manufacturer.
If an item is individually wrapped and bears a kosher symbol, we do not relabel it.

We repack many of the items we stock, and we are NOT an allergen free facility (eggs, wheat, soy, nuts, tree nuts, dairy). If you have a food allergy and have questions regarding a product or how we can package it for you, please contact us.
Popcorn🍿
Officially, a serving of popcorn is one cup, but we know that’s just not enough for most people. We find that for events it’s best to estimate about 2 cups per person.
Our popcorn is available online in 4 sizes.
- Munch bag – Approx 4 cups
- Gift Bag - Approx 7 cups
- Share Bag - Approx 13 cups
- Party Bag - Approx 25 cups
That depends. If you’re just having popcorn/a popcorn bar, then you should aim for 2 cups a person. If you’re having other dessert items, you can probably cut that down a bit. Of course, a lot will depend on the size of the bag you use. For instance, a typical 1 oz. popcorn bag will hold about 2.5 cups of popcorn.
As an example, if you were having a popcorn bar for 100 people, you would need about 200 cups of popcorn which would be about 8 party bags.
We sell our popcorn based on volume (cups) instead of weight (oz.) because it’s easier to get an idea of how much popcorn you’re getting. For example, 5 cups of caramel corn weights approx. 8 oz. compared to 5 cups of cheddar cheese popcorn which weighs approx. 2.5 oz.
Most of our popcorn is popped in 100% coconut oil. For specific ingredients and nutritional information, please check our listing for those flavor(s).
We pop our gourmet flavors in small batches and take great care in making sure that they are flavorful and fresh. We experiment often to find the best combination of ingredients to ensure your taste buds are completely satisfied with the end result.
If left sealed in the bag we send it in, your popcorn should last several months. Once it’s open and exposed to the air, and more importantly, humidity, it can soften up quickly. For that reason, if you’re putting your popcorn out for an event, we suggest you do so as late as possible.
Of course, if it’s not for an event and you’re just purchasing for pleasure eating, it probably won’t take you to long to eat anyway.
All of our popcorn is produced on shared equipment which may be used to process peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, milk and soy.

General/Other🍭
Yes! Our lovely store is located at 235 N Jog Road in West Palm Beach, FL and smells of freshly popped popcorn. If you think you'll need us to help you pick out a bunch of candy for a buffet, it's best that you contact us first as the place can get busy.

Our store and customer service team are available Monday-Friday, 9:00-6:00 EST. and Saturdays 10:00- 4:00 EST.
We are usually closed on most major holidays but give us a phone call nearer to the date to be sure.
