Idaho Spud bars are shaped just like their staple namesake, but definitely don't taste like a real spud (that would be weird)! These adorable Idaho Spuds have been a favorite for decades since they were introduced in 1918, featuring a soft and creamy marshmallow cocoa filling, rich and smooth dark chocolate outside, and crispy, sweet coconut flakes on top. This is certainly the sweetest spud of the bunch! But we wouldn't recommend making mashed potatoes with them...
