Charged $20 for shipping and took my credit card info before I had a chance to confirm it-shipped to my house instead of gifted person-will never use it again.

Our website does not place orders automatically. An order is only submitted after the final confirmation button is selected. Immediately after an order is placed, a confirmation email is also sent with the order details.

If you ever need to make changes to an order, the confirmation email includes our customer service contact information, and you can also reach us by phone. As long as an order has not yet shipped, we are generally happy to assist with order cancellations or other requested changes.

After reviewing your order, we were unable to find any email or phone communication requesting that the order be canceled before it was processed and shipped. Had we received a cancellation request in time, we would have been happy to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
