Order again.

Thank you for your feedback. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts with us.
We are a family-owned and operated small business, and as such, we do not yet process hundreds of orders per day. Because of this, shipping carriers such as FedEx and United States Postal Service are not yet able to offer us discounted shipping rates. Our owners also made a very intentional decision not to build shipping costs into product pricing. While some retailers do this to make shipping appear free or lower, we prefer to keep our product pricing as fair and transparent as possible and clearly separate the actual cost of shipping.
As our business continues to grow, we hope to be in a stronger position to renegotiate lower shipping rates and pass those savings along to our customers in the future.

The coconut bob bobs were delicious, BUT , the reason

The coconut bob bobs were delicious, the reason for the 1 star is the red and black berries tasted terrible & when I emailed you about it, all I got was, there not expired !
Nice way to address the issue

Thank you for your review, our customer service team did a quality control check on that item, however as it is still fresh and we have not received any other complaints or notices from the comapny about any of their pre bagged products that came to us, then it is unfortunately a case of personal taste which we cannot address. Taste vary from person to person, and unfortunetely this product did not meet your expectations.
