This product on our website, has never been listed for two pounds. I understand that you may think you may have seen it but we did provide evidentiary support that could not have been altered at the time of your purchase as confirmation emails are automatically sent and cannot be altered. We did advise you to search your browser history, or any proof that it was listed that way as we will most definitely own up to a mistake if we made one, but you have not proveded anything beyond a memory. Unfortunately a memory is not proof, howver everthing we sent is. I think in the future as a best practice you should review your confirmation emails after placing orders to confrim your purchase so perhaps you do not have this issue again.
